Obetz Fortress Field 6,500-seat Grandstand

The Obetz Fortress Field started out as the only professional lacrosse stadium in the nation and SAF was excited to be a part of this amazing project.  The challenge was to complete this stadium in time for a May 1, 2017 completion when the order was placed in December.  Once our installation crews were on-site, we completed the grandstand in only 17 days.  The row depth is 36″ for the entire grandstand with 1,110 Venue I Flip-Up Chairs, 3,382 bench seats with backs, 1,914 regular bench seats plus ADA and companion seats.

This grandstand was built on the former Columbus Speedway site and has since become a destination for high school playoff venues, festivals, and concerts.
